About Our Facility

After one visit to our school you will know why many are saying that this the most positive place in the Reisterstown area. Also, we ensure that our students will always train in a safe and sanitary environment. With over 7000sq ft and three different training rooms makes us one of the largest studios in Baltimore! Our State Of The Art facility uses top of the line Zebra Mats to insure safety. From our high climbing ropes to our climbing rings system and chin up bars are just a few way we improve strength and fitness. You will find a wide variety of kicking/punching bags, speed bags, hand and kicking targets. No matter what you are looking to train for from MMA, Self-Defense, Jiu-Jitsu or just Fitness we have the facility and equipment for you!               Our parents waiting room is very large! Parents are able to sit back in a nice comfortable waiting room and watch TV, work on the internet or just watch the kids.
